How to share a test plan

IMPORTANT: You can only share a test plan that has already been generated. If you haven’t generated the test plan, please follow the instructions listed in Create a test plan. To share a completed test plan, follow these steps:

1. Click the Manage Test Plans icon in the left navigation menu.
2. On the test plan table, click the paper icon beside the test plan you want to share.
3. The generated test plan will open in a new window within the application. At the same time, a PDF of the test plan will be automatically saved to your device.
4. Find the saved PDF on your device (in most cases, it will be saved to the download folder). You can then share the test plan with test administrators through email or chat, or you can print the plan and share the hard copy.
