July 23, 2026 – Unplanned Service Issues
Microsoft Azure and PowerApps service issues may have impacted some customers from approximately 8am through 4pm Eastern. MGI was not down, but individual users may not have been able to load the application or some media and functions may not have loaded inside the application intermittently. -
March 6, 2026 – Unplanned Service Issues
Creation of Test Plans were impacted by a 3rd party service issue from 6:55am until 7:20am Eastern and again from 9:15am until 10:30am Eastern. Test Plans either did not generate or took a very long time to complete.
