How to track assessment completion

You can be notified when an assessment has been completed by using the tracking feature. You can select this feature on the Create Email page during the personal invitation process.

To track assessment completion

  1. On the Create Email page, enter the Contact Name and Email of the person to receive notifications about assessment completion.
  2. Select one or both of the following checkboxes:
    • Send email notification when an assessment has been completed
    • Send email notification once this link has expired

Depending on the checkboxes you select, a notification will be sent to the entered email address when the participant completes the assessment and/or the invitation link has expired.

To view the status of an assessment:

  1. Select Manage from the menu on the left.

    The Assessments tab opens with a list of the participants invited to complete the assessment.

  2. Locate the participant in the list and look at the Status column. If the status for the participant is Pending, that means the participant has not completed the assessment. If the status is Completed, that means the assessment has been completed and a report can be generated. If the status is Expired, that means the assessment was not completed and the invitation link has expired.
