How to reactivate a link

You can edit or reactivate an assessment link for participants who have a status of Pending or Expired.
Please note: You can only edit/reactivate the assessment link for individual participants. You cannot edit/reactivate an open invitation link.

To edit or reactivate a link

  1. Click Manage.
  2. Click the Assessments tab.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the participants whose links you want to edit or reactivate. The participants should have a status of Pending or Expired.
  4. Select Edit or Reactivate Links from the I would like to… drop-down menu.

  5. If you want to set a new expiration date for an assessment link, select the Set new expiration date radio button. Then enter an expiry date in mm/dd/yyyy format, or select a date from the calendar drop-down.
  6. Alternatively, if you want to remove the expiration date from an assessment link, select the Remove expiration date radio button.
  7. Click Apply.

If you entered a new expiration date for the link, all of the selected participants will be sent their original invitation email with the new expiry information.

When you reactivate a link, the participants will receive the original invitation email. There is currently no way to revise this email text.

To view the original email that was sent to a participant, follow these steps:

  1. Click the participant’s name on the manage assessments page.

    The participant details page appears.

  2. Click the View Email Invitation link.

    The text of the original email appears.
