How to generate reports
You generate a report for a participant after they have completed the assessment.
To generate a report
- Click Report in the left menu.
The Select a Report Type page appears.
- Click Select for the report type you want to generate.
- Select the participants you want to generate a report for. You can usually select multiple participants, though with multi-rater products such as the EQ 360, you can only select a single participant.
Note that you can only select participants with a status of Completed (meaning they have completed the assessment, but no report has been generated) or Scored (meaning they have completed the assessment, and you have previously generated a report for them).
- Customize your report template. Depending on the assessment and report type, this can include selecting the language and norms for the report, adding a logo to your front page, and deciding what sections to include or exclude in the text.
- Click Save As Template if you want to save your customized template for use with other participants. To reuse this template with other participants, select it from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
- Click Next to go to the Review page. Look over the choices you made for your report. Click Previous if you need to go back and make changes.
- Click Place Order to generate your report and proceed to the Thank You page.
The Thank You page confirms your payment and displays reference numbers for the reports you purchased.
- To print a receipt for your records, click the Print receipt button beside the report listing.
The cost of the report will differ, depending on the assessment, report type, and extras (if any) you choose to include. The price in tokens will be clearly displayed on the Review page before you place your order.
You will be charged the full price the first time you generate a report for a participant. However, regenerating a report is free, unless you select a different norm region or norm type from what you had originally selected.
