The Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop

The Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop is a comprehensive program that equips you with tools to facilitate an interactive one-day session, all in a digital format.

To conduct the workshop, you need to purchase a Facilitator Kit.

To purchase the facilitator kit

1. From the Talent Assessment home page, open either the EQ-i or the EQ 360.
2. Click the Workshop icon at the bottom of the left menu.
3. In the Emotionally Effective Leader panel, click Select below the Facilitator Kit icon.

   The Payment Details page appears with a summary of the tokens required.

4. Click Place Order.

   The Payment Confirmation page appears.

5. To print a receipt for your records, click Print Receipt.

To view the facilitator kit

1. Open either the EQ-i or the EQ 360.
2. Click Reports in the left menu.
3. Click the My Reports tab.

   The My Reports page appears.

4. Find the listing for your Facilitator Kit in the table, then click the Facilitator Kit link in the right column.

   The Facilitator Kit is downloaded to your computer in a zipped folder.

5. Unzip the folder to view the contents inside.

To regenerate the facilitator kit

After five days, your facilitator kit will be listed as Archived and the download link will disappear. To regenerate the kit free of charge:

1. Click the My Reports tab.

   The My Reports page appears.

2. Select the check box to the left of the facilitator kit you want to regenerate.
3. Click Regenerate.

   A new listing for the facilitator kit appears at the top of the table. To download, click the Facilitator Kit link in the right column.

Note: If the Facilitator Kit link does not automatically appear after you have completed the regeneration process, click Refresh, or set the Auto Refresh drop-down to ON.
