How to email a report
If you want to email the Client Reports to participants, the easiest option is to use the Email Reports feature. Please note that this feature is only for Individual Reports, not Group Reports.
To email a report
- On the Report page, click the My Reports tab.
- Select the checkboxes to the left of the reports you want to email to participants.
Note that only reports with a status of Completed can be emailed. If any reports are listed as Archived, they must first be regenerated before they can be sent.
- Click Email Reports.
A pop-up message confirms that the emails were sent out.
The participants will each receive an email with a customized link. Clicking this link opens a web page where the participant can select their preferred language for the report, and then click a button to download the report. Note that only the Client report is emailed, not the Coach's report.
Important updates for specific assessments
While the steps above apply to most assessments on the Talent Assessment Portal, the following exceptions apply to the EQ‑i 2.0 – Updated Norms, CSI 2, and MSCEIT 2:
- Report language is fixed. Participants cannot choose their preferred report language. The report will be in the language selected by the user during the report creation process.
- Report access does not expire. Unlike other assessments, the report link will not expire after thirty days. Participants can download their report at any time.
The email will be sent to participants from [email protected]. If you want to have the email come from a different address, you need to change your email settings.
