Download a zip file of graphs

If you selected to create a .zip file containing the bar graphs in the report, you can download the graphs from the My Reports page. However, the file containing these graphs is only available for five days after the report has been generated. If you want to download the graphs after that time, you can regenerate the report, free of charge.

To download the zip file of graphs in the report

Click the My Reports tab.
The My Reports page appears.
Click the Graphs link beside the group you want to view. (Note: The Graphs link will not be available if you selected No for the Graphs option on the report template page.)
The zipped file is downloaded to your computer.
Extract the contents of the zip file to view the images contained within.

If the Graphs link does not automatically appear in the list after you have completed the report generation process, click Refresh, or set the Auto Refresh drop-down to ON.

FAQ

I opened the zipped folder on my computer and clicked on an image, but there was nothing there. Why not?

Before you can access the graphs, you must first unzip the folder. To do this on a Windows computer:

Find the zipped folder.
Right-click the folder and select Extract All.
Click Extract in the pop-up that appears.
The extracted files are then placed in a new folder.
