Administration summary

The following table gives an overview of the online administration procedure of the EQ-i Higher Education.

STEP 1 – INVITE STEP 2 – SELECT AUTO-GENERATION STEP 3 – MANAGE STEP 4 – REPORT
Email individual participants a unique link to complete the assessment online or distribute a universal link to multiple participants. Taking the assessment is free.

As part of the invitation process, you can enable the auto-generation function. This will automatically email participants a Summary Report of their EI results after they complete the assessment.

If you turn the auto-generation function on, you must customize the Summary Report template during the invitation stage.

If you turn the auto-generation off, you can still generate a Summary Report after assessment completion.

The Manage page shows you who has completed the assessment so you can track participants and know when you’re ready to create reports.

You can also send email reminders to participants who have yet to take the assessment.

Pay for customizable reports using tokens. In most cases, regenerating a previously purchased report will be free.

To begin an assessment, select Invite from the left menu on the Recent Assessments page.

At this time, EQ-i results can not be imported into the EQ-i Higher Education.

The assessment is appropriate for individuals who are 18-24 years of age. If the respondents are a few months younger or older than the recommended age guideline, the results will probably still be reasonably accurate. However, because the results are scored against data collected from a population enrolled in post-secondary education, the greater the deviation from the recommended age, the more potential for error.
