How to use the Completed Assessments page
All of your completed assessments and generated reports are displayed on the Completed Assessments page.
- Click Completed Assessments in the left menu.
A table of your completed assessments appears.
- To search for the assessments completed for a specific client, enter the client’s name in the search field at the top of the page.
- To determine who completed a specific assessment, look at the name in the RATER column.
- To generate a report, click Generate Report in the ACTION column and then continue through the guided steps.
- If a report has been generated for a specific assessment, you can access this report by clicking View Report in the ACTION column. A PDF of the report will then be downloaded to your computer.
To delete an assessment
- Click Completed Assessments in the left menu.
A table of your completed assessments appears.
- Select the checkbox to the left of the assessments you want to delete, and then click Delete.
A message appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click Delete. The assessment is removed from the table and moved to the Deleted Items page.
Note: After an assessment is deleted, it remains on the Deleted Items page for seven days before being permanently deleted. To recover a deleted assessment before its deletion becomes permanent, click Deleted Items in the left menu, select the assessments you want to recover, and then click Recover.
Yes you can! To do this, click My Clients in the left menu, click the name of a specific client, and then click the Completed Assessments tab. A full list of that client’s completed assessments will appear in a table format. To generate a report for one of the completed assessments, click the Generate Report icon in the far-right column.
