How to set a low uses alert
When your number of forms drops below a specified amount, the numbers displayed on the account balance page will be in red, and a red alert symbol will appear beside the product name.
To set the low uses alert
- Click Account Settings in the left menu.
- In the Account Balance Low-Uses Alert section, enter the low-threshold number where indicated.
- Click the Send me email notification checkbox. This ensures that an email will be sent to the indicated email address whenever the token balance falls below the threshold.
- Click Save.
Entering a notification email address
If you have selected to receive notifications for the low uses alert, make sure your correct email address is displayed in the notification email section on the Account Settings page. Note that you can add up to five additional individuals to receive these notifications.
To add additional people to receive notifications:
- Click Account Settings in the left menu.
- In the notification email section, enter the email address where indicated.
- Click Add.
- Click Save.
Email notifications will be sent to all of the entered email addresses.
It is always free to send out invitations to complete an assessment. The only time a use is deducted from your account is when you generate a new report from a completed assessment.
