Past Issues

  • March 19, 2026 – Unplanned Service Issues
    From March 18, 1:47pm thru March 19, 8:55am Eastern, clients making synchronous API calls to the Janus v2020-04 Enrichment endpoint received errors. The endpoint has been fixed and all enrichments (reports) are generating normally.
  • March 18, 2026 – Unplanned Service Issues
    Some enrichments (reports) in Janus may have had missing embedded graphs between 10:01am to 10:08am Eastern. Regenerating the reports after 10:08am resolves the issue.
  • March 6, 2026 – Unplanned Service Issues
    Enrichments (reports) in Janus were impacted by a 3rd party service issue from 6:55am until 7:20am Eastern and again from 9:15am until 10:30am Eastern. Reports did not generate or took a very long time to complete.
  • January 23, 2026 – Unplanned Service Issues
    Enrichments (reports) in Janus were impacted by a 3rd party service issue from 3:10am until 4:05am Eastern and did not generate or took a very long time to complete.
  • November 8, 2025 – Unplanned Service Issues
    9am-4pm EST (2pm-9pm UTC) - Janus will be offline for scheduled maintenance. Notice will be sent directly to API customers in advance of the start of maintenance in accordance with our SLA and again after the maintenance is complete. We don't anticipate Janus to be offline for the entire window.
  • October 29, 2025 – Unplanned Service Issues
    From 12:00 (noon) Eastern through 4:22pm Eastern, Janus experienced service disruptions due to the global Microsoft Azure DNS/Front Door outage. Although some customers may have had problems connecting to our API, the only errors we experienced during this window are with the Enrichment endpoint.The Microsoft Azure outage is now resolved for us and all Janus API services are now operational.
  • October 22, 2025 – Scheduled Maintenance
    Starting at 3:00 PM until 4:04 PM Eastern, less than 1% of transaction volume experienced disruption due to Microsoft DNS and service issues. We are actively monitoring for further impacts and working with Microsoft to ensure the issue is resolved.
  • October 20, 2025 – Unplanned Service Issues
    An ongoing AWS service outage is affecting Adobe’s ability to generate PDFs reliably. Backup processes are in place and functioning. Customers making synchronous calls to the Enrichment endpoint may experience intermittent errors. For the most reliable experience, we recommend using asynchronous calls, which will provide a notification when the PDF is ready for retrieval.
  • August 3, 2025 – Unplanned Service Issues
    Intermittent issue affecting Conners 4 and ASRS measures from 10am - 10pm Eastern.
