What is Track Test Completion

Track test completion refers to tracking the amount of completed tests submitted by the assigned group of students that are being administered the Naglieri General Ability Test(s). Each time a student completes a test, it is recorded in the track completion table for the administrator to see.

How to filter Track Test Completion table

  1. Click the Track Completion icon in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the filter dropdown menu and select from the following options:
    • Select School
    • Select Grade
    • Select Test Type(s)
    • Select Date Range
  3. Click Apply.
  4. The table is filtered by the option(s) selected.

How to clear filter options

To return the track completion table to its unfiltered view:
  1. Click the Track Completion icon in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the filter dropdown.
  3. Select Clear from the list of options.
  4. Click Apply.

How to search for a student

  1. Click the Track Completion icon in the left navigation menu.
  2. Enter the student name or ID number into the search box above the table.
  3. Click the Search icon. The table will display the test(s) that student has completed.

FAQ

What is the difference between “Generated” and “Completed” Test Plan Status?
Each test plan has a status. If the test plan is generated, that means all or some students have not yet completed the tests. If the test plan is completed, that means all students have completed all tests.
