View a group report

View a group report

After you have generated a Group Report, the report can be viewed as a PDF on the My Reports page. However, this option is only available for five days after the report has been generated. If you want to see the report after that time, you can regenerate the report, free of charge.

To view a completed report

  1. Click the My Reports tab.

    The My Reports page appears.

  2. Click the Client or Coach’s link for the group report you want to view.

The report is downloaded to your computer.

If the Client or Coach link does not automatically appear in the list after you have completed the report generation process, click Refresh, or set the Auto Refresh drop-down to ON.

To regenerate a group report

After five days, a generated group report is listed as archived and the Client, Coach, and Graphs links are removed. In order to view these archived reports, you must regenerate them. There is no charge for a regenerated report, and you can regenerate as many times as you need.

To regenerate a group report:

  1. Click the My Reports tab.

    The My Reports page appears.

  2. Select the checkboxes to the left of the groups you want to regenerate a report for.
  3. Click Regenerate Selected.

A new listing for each group appears at the top of the My Reports table, along with new links for the Client and Coach’s Section (and the Graphs file, if available).

To zip a group report

If you want to download multiple Group Reports at once, the easiest option is to place the required files into a zipped folder.

To zip group reports:

  1. Click the My Reports tab.
  2. Select the checkboxes for the group reports you want to download.

Only groups with a status of Completed can be included in a zipped folder. If a group is listed as Archived, it must first be regenerated before it can be zipped.

  3. Click Zip Reports.

The Zip File Name window appears.

  4. Type a name for the file in the Zip File Name text box.
  5. Click Create.

A new listing for the zipped file appears at the top of the My Reports table, along with a download link. If the zipped file and link does not automatically appear, click Refresh, or set the Auto Refresh drop-down to ON.

  6. Click the Zip File link you want to view.

The zipped file is saved to your computer.

  7. Extract the contents of the zip file to view the reports contained within.
The Zipped file you created will be removed from the My Reports table after 5 days. However, the groups that were included in the zipped file will remain on the page as originally listed.
Whether or not you are charged to regenerate a Group Report is dependent on the factors outlined below.
  • If you regenerate a report with the same participants but with a different title, logo, or report options, then the report generation is free.
  • If you regenerate a report with the same participants but with different norms (i.e., a different norm type or norm region), then the full price is charged for the report.
