Import participants

Please note: This functionality only applies to the EQ-i 2.0.

How to import participants from the EQ 360

On occasion, you might want to import a participant’s assessment from the EQ 360 into the EQ-i 2.0. This might be because the participant did not have enough raters to generate an EQ 360 report, or you want to see the assessment results in an EQ-i 2.0 report.

Only EQ 360 participants with a status of Completed or Scored can be imported into the EQ-i 2.0. However, once imported, the participant’s status in the EQ-i 2.0 will be set to Completed, even if you had generated a report for the participant in the EQ 360.

To import participants from the EQ 360

  1. Click the Assessments tab on the EQ-i 2.0 manage page.
  2. Click the Import 360 Participants button.

A pop-up with three tabs appears. The Select Participants tab is highlighted, and displays a table of your EQ 360 participants.

  3. Select the EQ 360 participants that you want to import.

If you cannot locate a participant, you can search by Name, or filter the table by selecting an EQ 360 folder from the drop-down list and clicking SEARCH.

  4. Click Next.

    The Select Folder page appears.

  5. Place the participants into an EQ-i 2.0 folder by either
    • Selecting an existing EQ-i folder from the drop-down list, or
    • Entering a new folder name and clicking Save New Folder.
  6. Click Next.

The Confirmation screen appears with a list of participants to be imported.
