How to automatically send reminders
You can automatically send reminders to complete the assessment. These reminders will be sent once the invitation is considered Overdue. You can specify when an invitation is considered overdue by clicking Account Settings in the left menu.
To automatically send reminders
- Click Send Reminders on the home page (you can also click Pending Invitations in the left menu).
The Pending Invitations page appears.
- Click the checkbox beside Automatically send reminders in the top-right of the page.
A pop-up appears asking if you’re sure you want to send automatic reminders.
- Click Yes in the pop-up.
- If you want to edit the text that will be sent to raters, click the EDIT link.
A window opens with the default text for the reminder.
- You can leave the text as is, or you can revise the text by making your changes directly in the text window.
If you make changes to the text, do not delete or revise any of the fields (the text within brackets). Otherwise, important information might be left out of the email.
- Click SAVE when you are finished making changes to the invitation text.
- To stop sending automatic reminders, deselect the checkbox beside Automatically send reminders.
A pop-up appears asking if you’re sure you want to disable automatic reminders.
- Click Yes in the pop-up.
No, automatic reminders can only be sent to overdue assessments. However, you can easily send a reminder to a pending assessment.
